Check the progress of your stones using your order-status page or the carrier tracking link provided with your shipment.

Track via Your Account

1. Sign in to your Sanctuary of Stones account.
2. Open Orders and select your order to view its status.
3. If tracking is available, follow the shipment's tracking link for carrier updates.

Track from Your Confirmation Email

Open your order confirmation email and follow the link to view your order status. If you've received a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, use its tracking link to follow your package. You may be asked to verify your email address or phone number before viewing your order.

Missing Tracking or Need Help?

If no tracking link is available, or the carrier hasn't posted an update yet, contact me with your order number and I'll help you check its progress. You can find your order number in your confirmation email.
